What is "Longest Night"?

December 21 is the longest night and shortest day of the year.  The darkness of the long night can be a metaphor for how we are feeling this holiday season - lonely, sad, empty.  If you are experiencing these feelings, you are not alone. This quiet worship service (also known as "Blue Christmas") is a space for you to hear God's promises, listen to beautiful music, and just be.  No expectations.  No "hohoho". Come as you are, just as you are.

A Service of Lessons and Carols
